Ein paar nützliche Informationen zum ECM-Jammer:
Das Ding jammed nicht nur Kameras, oder öffnet ATMs seit einem der Patches:
"Gives you access to the ECM jammer, which disables cameras and civilian phones for a set period of time (upgradeable).
ECM can open ATM machine and delay pager!"
Bedeutet:
- Der Jammer vehindert auch, dass die Zivilisten die Polizei rufen können.
- Pager werden verzögert. Wenn der Jammer nicht mehr aktiv ist, muss der Pager aber trotzdem noch beantwortet werden.
Außerdem bei Sicherheitstüren mit Keycard:
"You could use ECM Overdrive "ACE" to open the door instantly"
Und noch ein paar sehr interessante Basics:
Here is what you should know:
First: Silencers still create sound, only use your silenced pistol as a last resort. The restrictions of the game's engine mean that the game will always have some sort of unusual functioning. One example of this, is, due to the behavior of the engine, if there is someone in a specific range around you (almost like a bubble) no matter if there is a wall or roof or even soundproof metal, they will automatically detect you if you shoot. Silencers reduce this "bubble".
Second: If a camera detect you, destroying it no longer helps, as the security alarm has already been enabled.
Third: If you need to suicide, go directly up a guard’s face or jump from a high altitude. Don't screw around or your team will get pissed, and the host may kick you.
Fourth: If you want to destroy something, smash it. Shoot it if there is no other available options.
Fifth: Guards detect broken camera, glass, bag and dead body close from them, nothing to do with sight. Be careful if you destroy anything because they will automatically go check them and ring the alarm.
Other (Less useful):
- Try using ECM, can be really useful to deter a camera in a long corridor.
- Destroying camera don't sound the alarm. Instead, a guard will go to the camera to check the problem.
- Handcuffed guard will show a red exclamation mark if you make noise or break something near them, but nothing will happen.
- Never convert a guard during a stealth, they will shoot at sight.
Other (Useful):
- Civilians won't see stuff around them, only things that are in their line of sight.
- Dominated and handcuffed guard will be detected by other enemies. Be careful of any guards that go near them.
- Camera will spot people that run, corpses and bags in their sight almost instantly.
- Guard have a field of view of 90 degrees and detect people depending on the range, and not the brightness of the field. So it is possible to stand in front of a guard without being detected. The FoV does not apply to corpses, bags and broken cameras. If it is near them, they will detect it.
- Guard take at least 5 seconds to call the cops after detecting something weird.
Skills:
DOMINATOR "ACE"
Basic: Make you able to intimidate any enemy except specials.
ACE: Your intimidation is easier and has more range.
Info: The skill is not shared. If you have this skill, you can only dominate one person. If another person has the skill, they can dominate another person. However, each individual can only dominate one person. You can kill the intimidated guard to be able to intimidate another one, but you will have to answer the pager for the killed guard.
SMOOTH TALKER "BASIC"
Basic: Change the maximum pagers that you can answer from 2 to 4.
Info: Pager ‘’answering count’’ in PAYDAY 2 are shared, if someone else answer a pager, then everyone's counter get +1.
